Grilled Cheese and Tomato Panini



What you need:
White Mountain Bread
Havarti Cheese
Tomato, thinly sliced
Basil
Ground sea salt
Butter

Directions:
Spread matching pieces of bread (for multiple sandwiches, you'll need to packs of the White Mountain bread since the end pieces are smaller). Layer cheese, tomato, basil, and salt. Close sandwiches and butter each side with a spatula. Cook on panini maker.







Tomorrow I'll be sharing my mom's Brunswick Stew recipe- a perfect complement to this panini!
